RATES

Rates per one hour session:

$100 Individual

$125 Family Therapy session.

INSURANCE

Insurance-

At this time, I do not take or work with insurance companies.

Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible to be reimbursed by your insurance company. I can provide a an invoice or "superbill" if needed. Please speak with me about this before scheduling if you plan on using or working with your insurance company. Coverage is not guaranteed.

PAYMENT

I accept American Express, Cash, Check, Discover, Health Savings Account, MasterCard, Visa, and Flexible Spending Account. There is a processing fee for utilizing card services.

CANCELATION POLICY

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you will be charged for the full rate of the session.
